How good and pleasant it is when God’s people live together in unity……..for there the Lord bestows his blessing.’ Psalm 133 v 1 + 3
Thank you so much to everyone who attended our Cedar Centre Zoom AGM meeting on Sunday. There was a very real sense of unity. This is so encouraging because where there is unity amongst God’s people……..as the Psalmist reminds us……. ‘for there the Lord bestows his blessing.’
Thank you to Mel, Moira and Kate for their leadership and to all who submitted reports and questions. Thank you to David Munn and Elizabeth Evans for their faithful and kind service over the past years as Vicar’s Warden and Synod Rep.
As the the Anglican Liturgical year closes we now turn our thoughts and prayers towards a new year and Advent. As we move forward we do so with prayer, faith, hope, love and expectation. Please do join me in giving thanks for and praying for our new Vestry: Villiers De Souza, Mel Hill, Martin Thomas, Rebecca Haggitt and David Parker
Another way of expressing our unity and love for Christ, is by praying together. Please do attend our 1st Priority Prayer gathering on Zoom this evening at 7.30pm. We will praying for 'Spring to Life Gift Day.'
